Your privacy.
When you tell us about your brand, we use those details to respond and work out how we can help.
Who is responsible
TwentyFour, run by Joseph Sofayo, is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or requests, email hello@twentyfouragency.com.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email, brand name, project description and the situation you select. You can also give us a website, budget and timing. The question box collects your question and email. Required fields are marked in the forms; we need them to understand your request and reply.
We use project enquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract. We rely on our legitimate interests to answer general questions, keep correspondence and protect the website from abuse. We do not add you to a marketing list when you contact us.
Like any website, ours briefly handles technical details such as your IP address and browser so the page loads and spam is kept out. We don’t keep your IP address with your enquiry.
Where your details go
Your enquiry is stored privately and sent to our inbox so Joseph can reply. We use two service providers to do this: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and keeps spam out, and Resend, which delivers the email. Nobody else sees it, and we never sell or share your details.
These providers may handle data outside the UK, under standard contractual safeguards (Cloudflare, Resend).
How long we keep it
As long as we need to reply and talk through a possible project. If we work together, project records are kept as long as the work and the law require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Cookies and preferences
Your browser remembers small preferences, like dark mode and the projects you looked at, so the enquiry form can mention them. There are no advertising trackers or visitor analytics on this site.
Your choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. Email us to exercise these rights. If a request cannot be met in full, we will explain why.
We do not use your enquiries to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
